Together we’ll explore intentional communities, permaculture eco-villages, organic farms and sites modeling holistic regenerative design. Our programs are highly experiential: we’ll roll up our sleeves, contributing to places we visit, becoming part of the sustainability movement that’s sweeping the planet.

We’ll experience and learn about permaculture design up close and firsthand, joining with leading permaculture educators and regenerative design teachers, taking part in designing a sustainable society. Common Circle Education programs are a meaningful, experiential education intensive for all who participate. Acting in service to progressive communities enriches the intention of the journey, the experience of the individual, and plants the seeds for the pro-active germination of a conscious movement.

By contributing our skills and energy to the communities that we visit, we’ll be creating positive change, making meaningful connections, and empowering individuals with practical knowledge on ecological agriculture and regenerative design. Engaging in community building work, we will demonstrate the strength in numbers that exists when a group works cooperatively to facilitate change. As a participant on one of our courses, what you put into your experience is what you’ll get out of it. Each program starts with an in-depth orientation which helps build a healthy traveling community — gets everyone introduced, covers basic skills, and provides other bits needed to make a successful course. The group quickly comes to function as a self-sustaining community seeking higher meaning, authenticity and community, as the ropes are learned.
